Introduction: 1P360S is not a SaaS platform!
At 1P360S, we offer a unique platform beyond traditional Software as a Service (SaaS) solutions. We provide each of our customers with a tailored copy of our web application, complete with independent databases and security systems that ensure your data is safeguarded. Our design is crafted to reflect your brand’s visual identity, and we secure a distinct domain (URL) exclusively for you. Additionally, we support multiple operating languages, seamlessly aligning with your preferences. Experience the difference with a solution that is as personalized as it is powerful.
Step 1: Sign Up on platform 1p360s.com
We invite you to register on our 1P360S platform (www.1p360s.com) to get started. This essential step will allow us to tailor the creation of your personalized management platform. Select the Sign-Up option and follow the prompts. Once you receive the activation email for your account, log in and take a moment to fill out the Guest Info and preliminary knowledge Questionnaire. These insights will help us understand your needs more deeply and ensure you have the best experience possible. We’re excited to embark on this journey with you!
Step 2: We send you a preliminary Proposal
Upon completing the Questionnaire, we will craft a tailored preliminary Proposal just for you. This proposal will include detailed technical insights, a comprehensive price range (minimum to maximum), and a well-defined timeline for the implementation of the essential services we believe will benefit your organization. You will receive a notification via email once your preliminary Proposal has been uploaded to your Guest Dashboard on 1P360S.
Step 3: Free 60-minute pre-consultation
We proudly offer every organization considering our services a free 60-minute pre-consultation online. During this insightful session, we’ll delve into all the key topics outlined in our preliminary Proposal. This collaborative exploration will allow us to gather valuable insights and information from you, ensuring we craft a tailored Binding Proposal that reflects accurate pricing and realistic timelines. You will receive a notification email as soon as the Binding Proposal is uploaded to your Guest Dashboard on the 1P360S platform.
Step 4: Acknowledgment of the Binding Proposal and electronic signing of the Agreement
Should the Binding Proposal align with your requirements, we will proceed to upload a copy of the Service Agreement to your Guest Dashboard. This Agreement will articulate in detail all facets of the new business relationship between 1P360S and your organization. Both parties will sign this Agreement electronically.
Step 5: Invoicing and payment
Upon executing the Service Agreement, an invoice will be generated and issued to your account per the contract’s terms. Following the receipt of payment, all preparatory activities for your instance of the 1P360S management platform will commence. You will receive an email notification indicating the invoice has been uploaded to your Guest Dashboard. Subsequently, you will receive an email confirming the receipt of your payment and initiating activities as stipulated in the Service Agreement.
Step 6: Customization of domain, design and language
Depending on the customer’s needs, the custom domain or sub-domain (URL) to which the customer’s new customized platform will be linked is defined (for instance, envision login.yourdomain.com or account.yourdomain.com, or even yourdomain.com, as gateways to endless possibilities).The design to be used for the cloud platform setup is also defined with the customer, so that there is graphic continuity between the customer’s visual identity and the new 1P360S platform dedicated to the customer organization’s business. The application’s internal language is shaped by the unique needs of each customer, allowing for one or more languages to be utilized, especially when a customer has subsidiaries across diverse countries.
Step 8: Activation of internal services
In alignment with the signed Service Agreement, we activate a suite of additional internal services, embracing the vital areas of Cybersecurity, Compliance, Security Education, and Digital Document Management.
Step 9: Design of Guest Dashboard
In alignment with the client’s unique business endeavors, the Guest Dashboard is thoughtfully crafted, ensuring it embodies the essential features that resonate with client’s vision. This innovative tool is dedicated to effortlessly nurturing relationships with customers, suppliers, investors, and other vital stakeholders, paving the way for a brighter, more connected future.
Step 9: Development of tailor-made application
Upon the successful implementation of the customer-specific version of 1P360S, we will proceed to develop any custom applications as requested by the client, thereby focusing on the effective management of their core business operations.
Step 10: Type of Agreement
Service Agreements are typically established for 12, 24, or 36 months and tailored to meet the customer’s specific needs. Each contract includes a provision for automatic renewal for the same duration unless cancellation is requested at least 120 days before the expiration date. Upon the customer’s request, contracts may incorporate a trial period lasting three months from the conclusion of the platform setup, subject to the standard fee agreed upon. The previously signed contract will become fully operative after this trial period for 12, 24, or 36 months. Alternatively, if customers find their needs unmet after the initial three-month paid trial, they may choose to cancel the remaining contractual period of 12, 24, or 36 months. For instance, a customer may select a 12-month contract with a three-month paid trial (15 months). Following the trial, the customer can cancel; the signed contract will hold no legal effect in such a scenario. Conversely, if the trial period concludes without cancellation, the contract will remain in effect for the additional 12-month term. Within 120 days before the natural expiration, customers may cancel the contract, thereby preventing automatic renewal, or they may choose not to cancel, resulting in renewal for an additional 12 months.
Payment Methods
Depending on the geographical location of our clients, we issue invoices in either EUR or USD. The Service Agreement established between the parties outlines the accepted payment methods: either in advance for the entire duration of the contractual period (12, 24, or 36 months) or every month, with payments due on the first day of each month for the entire agreement.
Payments are to be made via bank transfer upon receipt of the invoice, with the stipulation that all associated bank fees are to be classified as “OUR,” meaning that the paying customer will be responsible for these fees, allowing 1P360S to receive the net invoice amount.
If the client chooses monthly payments, an initial deposit equivalent to one month’s fee will be withheld upon signing the contract. This deposit ensures that should the client default and the contract be subject to early termination, 1P360S remains obligated to compensate its suppliers for services rendered during the current unpaid month.
